Figures of Prudence (in blue over white, holding mirror and book) and Justice (in armor, red waist-wrap, holding crown and sword) and between them a tutor in scholar's gown, holding book and scroll - college and landscape in background. Round crest with eagle below and scroll - scrolled acanthus leaves in frame and scroll at top of frame.
