DescriptionFour lancets, tracery, and three quatrefoils - scene runs across all four lancets, show Virgin blue lying down in manger holding Christ child - row of angels in background and foreground praying (in white with pink wings). Magi in left lancet, shepherds on right - the four-foils above show angels with star, crown and cup respectively.
Inscribedrecto upper left in black ink: "Hawarden Ch.";
left side next to watercolor in graphite: "Green figures/ Blue in Hawarden/ with white/ under dress";
arrow from angel or shepherd on left pointing to : "the same/ in Hawarden";
