DescriptionDesign for stained glass. Three lancets and tracery above which continues image. Left lancet shows angel in sky with sun and Mary Virgin below in white over red and blue. Central lancet shows Christ on cross (living tree), serpent and rocks below, scroll above and branches. Right lancet shows angel in sky holding moon, below St John in white over red. Below is crest on foliage ground - under Christ is a scroll that reads "GREATER LOVE HATH NO MAN THAN THIS;" THAT BELOW mARY HAS BEEN ERASED/ BLACKENED OUT.
