DescriptionFour lights and tracery, with two tiers of subjects in main lights. Top tier (from left to right): first light shows pair of angels in armor; second light shows St. Michael in armor, St. Raphael with wings; third light show St. Peter with keys and book, St. Paul with sword and open book; fourth light shows Ezekiel with staff and disc, St. John the Baptist with hair vest. Bottom tier (from left to right): first light shows St. Alban with palm and book, St. Stephen with stones and palm; second light shows King Alfred holding sceptre and flag, St. Louis with crown, sword and orb; third light shows St. James with staff and palm, St. Augustine with staff and church; fourth light shows St. Cecilia playing organ and St.Catherine with open book and sword. Line of towers and domes above the upper tier with a long inscription running in a band between the tiers, reading "CHERUBIM SERAPHIM / HOLY HOLY HOLY / LORD GOD OF SABAOTH / THE GLORIOUS COMING / THE GOODLY FOR [?] / THE NOBLE ARMY / OF MARTYRS PRAISE / THE HOLY CHURCH / THROUGHOUT ALL / THE WORLD" Tracery: quatrefoil at top center shows Christ in Majesty with upper space filled with heads of angels. The quatrefoil at top elft shows Angel holding blazing sun. The quatrefoil at top right shows angel with obscured moon. Triangular light at center shows seraph head with six crossed wings. Four 5-foils show angels with dulcimer, double-pipe, scroll and dulcimer.
