Label TextThis 18th-century Irish table is among a large group of furnishings that Henry Huntington purchased in 1914 from the British auctioneers Partridge, Lewis, & Simmons. His acquisitions from their sale of "Specimens of Old English Furniture" marked one of Huntington's earliest ventures in collecting antique British decorative art.
