Figure of Victoria in green patterned dress with lace trim and cap, blue sash, holding scroll and sceptre, wearing small crown. Tiled floor - patterned yellow drapery background with square quarries above and name scroll. Below, helmet and shield with scale and female figure, red scroll below it. Archway of panels showing vine and flowers.
